Top Ten Places Books Have Made Me Want To Visit

 1: HOGWARTS

The first place that came to mind was Hogwarts. It just seems so dreamy and to finally realize that there was  a real place behind it makes it even better! Definitely a dream come true type realization.

2: A Little Princess Boarding School - London England

Although I would pass on being a maid for a boarding school, I wouldn't pass up an offer to attend one. The setting of this book is around the late 1800's and I just loved the fashion sense of England during the time.

3: Pixie Hollow - Tinkerbell

I grew up on Disney movies and Disney books and Tinkerbell was and IS my favorite out of all Disney. Mind you, I also really enjoyed The Princess and The Frog, so it gives you a grasp of how much I LOVE the whole Tinkerbell universe. If given the opportunity, I'd wish to be born from a baby's laugh and have a magical trail of pixie dust just like a fairy.

4: Amsterdam - The Diary of Anne Frank

After reading Anne's diary, I felt like I had to visit her house in Amsterdam so I could pay my respects to her and her family. I also would love to admire Amsterdam's breathtaking architecture up close.

5: Forks, Washington - Twilight

Forks just seem like a place straight out of a fairy tale; its large trees and vegetation are beaming with life. It'd be the perfect place to have a warm cup of tea and a blanket. And of course, the whole Twilight saga inspired it.

6: Ireland - Tinkerbell

I would love to go to Ireland one day because it's the birthplace of fairies and I absolutely love Tinkerbell. The scenery is also breathtaking and it's the perfect weather for someone who doesn't like the extreme heat or cold.

7: Egypt - National Geographic

Growing up, I'd read National Geographic books about really cool places and I remember really wanting to go to Egypt after reading about its mythology. There is so much history behind these pyramids and mysteries left to discover.

8: Outer Space

I remember reading this outer space book Q&A back then and It's stuck with me ever since. It had to beg my parents to get me a telescope so I could see the moon close-up. I miss that telescope so much.

9: Charleston, South Carolina - The Notebook

I haven't completely read The Notebook yet, just small snippets of it. It makes me want to visit North Carolina because of it's dreamy sunsets and beautiful marshes.

10: New York - The Great Gatsby

I am the #1 hater for big cities. I don't enjoy them at all, yet when I read The Great Gatsby, I really wanted to visit New York. Although, only on one condition: if I could travel back in time into the 1920's and experience it just like in the book.
